1. Your relationship with FoxLaptop
1.1. Your use of FoxLaptop products, software, services and websites (the “Services” and not including any services provided to you by FoxLaptop pursuant to a separate written agreement) is governed by the terms of a legally binding agreement between you and FoxLaptop. “FoxLaptop” means FoxLaptop Inc., whose principal place of business is 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States. This document sets out questions regarding the content of such an agreement and contains the main terms of such an agreement.
1.2. Except as otherwise agreed in writing with FoxLaptop, your agreement will always include at least the terms and conditions set forth herein. Such conditions are hereinafter referred to as “Universal Conditions”.
1.3. In addition to the Universal Terms, your agreement with FoxLaptop also includes the terms of any Notices applicable to the Services. Such terms are hereinafter referred to as the “Additional Terms”. If Additional Terms apply to any Service, those Terms will be available for review either within that Service or through the use of that Service.
1.4. The Universal Terms, together with the Additional Terms, constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FoxLaptop with respect to your use of the Services. You should carefully read such terms and conditions. Such legally binding agreement is hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”.
1.5. In the event of any conflict between the Additional Terms and the Universal Terms, the Additional Terms shall prevail with respect to the Service in question.
2. Acceptance of the Terms
2.1. In order to use the Services, you must first agree to the Terms. You may not use the Services if you have not accepted the Terms.
2.2. You can accept the Terms:
(A) by selecting the option to “Accept the Terms” or “Agree to the Terms” if such option is provided by FoxLaptop in the user interface of the Service; or
(B) actually using the Service. If you do so, you understand and agree that FoxLaptop will treat your use of the Services as your acceptance of the Terms from that point in time.
2.3. You may not use the Services and may not accept the Terms if (a) you are under the legal age for entering into a legally binding contract with FoxLaptop, or (b) you are a person who, under the laws of the United States of America or any any other state, including the state of which you are a resident or from whose territory you use the Service, the use/obtainment of such Services is prohibited.
2.4. Before you continue, you should print or save on your computer a copy of the Universal Terms for your archive.
3. Language of the Terms
3.1. In the event that FoxLaptop provides you with an English translation of the Terms, you agree that such translation is provided for your convenience only and that your relationship with FoxLaptop is governed by the English version of the Terms.
3.2. In the event of any conflict between the English version of the Terms and its translation, the English version of the Terms shall prevail.
